4" Water Line Replacement

Reroute the Phase 2 water line so that it passes under Phase 3 foundation at a particular place.
Replace the existing 3" RPZ device with a 4" DC

Water Line ready for backfill
Old water line (4' deep) connected to the new one (6' deep)
4" copper line entering the building
4" copper line in the kitchen attic
Welding the ball valve
New DC with a future pipe for Phase 3-5
